I always wanted to take drums when I was a kid but as usual my smother shut me down with 'it's not ladylike'. Yeah because I was such a lady as it was. Drums is the first thing I pick up in a song, before the lyrics even. That was one of the many fun things about the Grateful Dead - they had 2 drummers.

jannatwrites, I love drums, and I think I would even welcome them into my house...but then I have always been a bit bat shit crazy. I have always wanted to learn to play the drums myself and always play the drums when I play Rock Band for Wii. I would love my 9 year old son to have the desire to want to learn them and be in the band. He has a few years to figure out if he would like to learn the drums and join the band. We will see, but I am all for it. I only worry a bit about the cost! Thanks so much for stopping by and for your sweet comments! ♥
