Valentine’s Day for me holds very special memories. It was the day my husband proposed and I said yes. That very first Valentine’s Day I spent with my husband he presented me with a sparkly heart shaped diamond solitaire ring.
This year, 17 years later, he surprised me
with a matching heart shaped emerald ring and necklace that glimmers when they catch
the light. Busy assembling Valentine goody bags for my
son’s second grade class, surprising the kids with fluffy stuffed animals and
candy, and filling the weekend watching lots of great movies together.
