My Heaven- BFF 186

One day we will all die and go forth from this world.  What lays for each of us on the other side is pure speculation.  I never thought much about heaven until my parents died.  After their deaths, I wished often to leave this world and join them.  I missed them so much.  The years have rolled by and time has passed.  My life continued on.  At this point, I would hate to leave my husband and children.  If I had to, I would.  I would have little choice.  I would go and prepare for a place for them with me in eternity.

My heaven would be the most beautiful place filled with love and warmth.  There would be no rejection, only acceptance and forgiveness.  There would be no fighting and sadness, only peace, love and harmony.  In heaven I would live out eternity by the sea watching the waves roll in and out.  Heaven’s brilliant sunny rays wouldn’t burn my skin, only warm me, and the water would always be warm perfect for wading or swimming.   My heaven would be filled with the most beautiful, perfect flowers and the air would be perfumed with their scent.  The mountains would rise up in the distance with waterfalls within walking distance to explore.

There would be no worries, no money, and no pain.  There would be no obesity or sickness, only people who were perfectly happy and whole.   I would spend my day reading books, writing, making exquisite artistic masterpieces, and entertaining myself with the most beautiful music.  Animals I had loved and lost would rejoin me there.  All would be understood, and all wrongs, past grievances, and mistakes from my time on Earth would be forgiven and forgotten.

There would be no money, so my needs would be met as soon as the thought crossed my mind.  There would be bountiful supplies of succulent blueberries and strawberries on top of ice cream.  Let’s not forget the steak and pizza!  Certainly there is ice cream, strawberries, and steak in heaven, right??   There has to be cotton candy!!!  I love cotton candy and hope they have it there!!

Eternal life in heaven would be restful, peaceful and completely sublime until next time when I give you another glimpse into the life of a trucker’s wife.
