Silent Sunday- Peacock Zentangle

Another zentangle I created in my spare time. This particular one I was inspired to create a peacock and add plumage covered with tangles.  I continued drawing until the paper was filled and this was the result.  Hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

  1. What fun, Kathy! I love your zentangles you've posted. They're wonderful. Reminds me of the doodling I used to love and still do on occasion. I must try one of these as they look like great fun and so therapeutic, too.

    1. JoJo, I used 2 Faber Castell black artist pens in F and B. The fine tip for the main drawing and the bolder nib for filling in spaces. I am so pleased you enjoy seeing my zentangles. I need to start a new one but have been busy writing, reading, and have started back knitting. Finally finished a sock, now need to make its twin. Took a little time off of that because of my carpal tunnel flaring up. Thank you for stopping by and for your kind comments! ♥

  5. I had to google zentangle. Now that I know what a zentangle is, I want to say I love your peacock zentangle. I have also realised I've been doodling a lot of zentangle art in my notebooks not knowing it's actually a form of art. :D Silly me!

    1. Shilpasharmaonline, I was amazed when I discovered the art of zentangle. It is quite elaborate doodling and addictive. My 13 year old daughter has also caught the zentangle bug and has produced some exceptional pieces as well. Thank you for stopping by and for your kind comments! ♥
