W is for Wedding

The music began.  A vision in white, she glided towards him.  His stomach churned as he glanced at Valerie waiting stoically across the aisle, staring at her bouquet.

    It was then he knew.

“I can’t marry you.  Not when I love Valerie.”

Mortified and enraged, Debbie slapped him hard, kneed his nuts, and ran away.

  7. I cannot even imagine the awful feeling of hearing that on my wedding day.
My husband and I didn't recieve the acceptable copy of his divorce papers in time for our wedding. I was so sick but our priest said everything will go on as planned, we will do the paperwork later. No one knew but us.

  8. Very well written in 55 Words. In a way, he is right how can one be together if they don't love each other. I feel sad for her and hope she finds love some day.
