  1. This looks good. I might have to add this to my smoothy rotation! Right now, I'm doing blueberries, spinach, and bananas and Ensure.

    2. You can't even taste the spinach, so it adds some veggies without the taste. Nice and sweet!

    1. Roxy, it is really good!! I used the plain vanilla flavored yogurt and I love it. I haven't gotten into smoothies yet, but it sounds like something I might want to look into. Thanks for stopping by to read and for your comments!

  4. I am not a grape nuts fan, but otherwise...it's perfection. I love fruit for breakfast and I am a yogurt addict, so I think this is for me...minus the grape nuts. *shivers*

    1. Beachlover, (hugs)! It is really low in calories and tastes sinful like it should be loaded. I am really trying to watch what I eat and exercise a little each day. I have only been at this weight loss thing for a week, but I did lose 5 pounds. 5 pounds is 5 pounds in my book. I wish it had been more, but a loss is a loss. Thank you for stopping in to check out my recipe!

    1. Magical Mystical Mimi, I popped on some miniature marshmallows on the top of this concoction and it rocked even more. Marshmallows have 0 calories for those needing to count such things like me. :D Thank you for stopping in to read and for your comments. It is always so nice to see you!!
