  10. Your haiku made me remember - I was terrified of thunder as a child. My father would tell me that if I heard the thunder it meant I hadn't been hit by the lightening and I was alive! Your haiku would have been more comforting!

  18. This made me smile. We had a couple of summer storms where the thunder rumbled right above us. I wanted to hide under the covers, but I had to be strong for the kids (besides, they took all the covers :) )
