30 Oreo cookies (about 3 1/4 Cups) crushed
6 Tablespoons Melted Margarine
1/2 Gallon Vanilla Ice cream
1 (21 ounce) can Cherry Pie Filling
1. Reserve 1/4 Cup cookie crumbs. Combine the remaining cookie crumbs with margarine in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. Press mixture into bottom of a 9" X 11" baking dish. Chill for 15 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, soften vanilla ice cream slightly. Spread cherry pie filling over the prepared crust.
4. Top with softened ice cream. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Freeze until ready to serve.
Enjoy!!
